  除了語言之外,海外學子還需深入了解留學國的文化,“海外就業,企業文化適應仍比較難。”畢業于首爾大學,現就職于韓國建國大學的王鳴鋯對此感觸頗深,他告訴筆者:“一些韓國企業的員工加班過后,就會聚在一起喝酒,而且往往一喝就喝到非常晚,到現在我還無法適應。
